“Simply put, Charles made a what could have been a stressful experience seem extremely easy, quick, and effortless. Working with Charles was a great experience. We got an unexpected offer on our house and needed to begin looking for a house immediately. With the holidays fast approaching, we wanted the process to go very quickly, so we could be into our new home before Christmas. This seemed like an impossible task, since it was already middle of November. But Charles went above and beyond to see that not only did we find the perfect house, but that we were in before the holidays. Charles did anything and everything needed to assure that we got the home we wanted in a timely fashion. He expedited the process and was available at odd hours to answer any questions and help out.
